2 Days Training Program
This program is designed to help organizations identify and manage risks more effectively using the Bow Tie Analysis methodology, which is a visual and intuitive approach to risk management that enables organizations to identify potential threats and develop effective controls to mitigate them.
Over the course of two days, participants will gain a deep understanding of the Bow Tie Analysis methodology, including how to identify and assess risk scenarios, develop effective controls, and communicate risk information to stakeholders. Our program is highly interactive and includes hands-on exercises, case studies, and group discussions to help participants apply the concepts and tools in their own organizations.
By the end of the program, participants will have the knowledge and skills to effectively implement Bow Tie Analysis in their organizations, improve their risk management practices, and ultimately, enhance their overall business performance.
Understand the Bow Tie Analysis methodology and its application in risk management: Participants will gain a deep understanding of the Bow Tie Analysis methodology and how it can be used to identify, assess, and manage risks in their organization
Develop effective risk scenarios and controls: Participants will learn how to develop risk scenarios and use them to identify potential threats and develop effective controls to mitigate them
Incorporate human factors into Bow Tie Analysis: Participants will learn how to incorporate human factors, such as human error, communication breakdowns, and decision-making biases, into Bow Tie Analysis to improve the accuracy and completeness of risk assessments
Communicate risk information effectively: Participants will learn how to communicate risk information effectively to stakeholders, including executives, board members, employees, and external parties, through the development of risk reports and dashboards and effective presentation techniques
