2 Days Training Program

This is a program covers the Tender Procedures and Process, Bid Preparation, Management and Evaluation of Tenders or Bid proposals. It covers the fundamentals of the Tendering process, Bid preparation, management, technical and commercial evaluation before proposal to award the contract or purchase order. The ultimate objective is to ensure value for money for the Company for all Tender proposals received by the Company. This course emphasizes on the understanding of the principles and concepts of the above so that the participants will get a better appreciation of tendering, invitation to bid and bid evaluation procedures and processes.
